Call to Duty: Outagamie County in World War II

War Games

BackBack

Don Schwandt and many other children played war games. Some psychologists said that the games helped children release pent-up emotions. Many parents saw war games as an adaptation of "cops and robbers." They believed the games satisfied a child's natural urge to hero-worship older brothers and cousins in the war.
