Commercial Use Fees

The History Museum at the Castle is owned and operated by the Outagamie County Historical Society (OCHS) which is a private non-profit organization serving its members as well as the general public. Private individuals and other non-profit users are assessed only basic reproduction charges, while commercial and other non-public users are charged additional use fees to cover staff and other operating costs. All fees are firm and apply equally to subsequent editions. All reproduction and commercial uses of images from The History Museum's collections must be pre-approved, appropriately credited, and copies of the product deposited with The History Museum at the Castle. The fees assessed fall into four categories:
