Call to Duty: Outagamie County in World War II

Prayer

Vogt planned to be a Lutheran minister before the war. He often prayed for the safety of his troops. One night, he prayed with Private Blanchard from Shawano, Wisconsin. Vogt found Blanchard dead in a nearby foxhole the next day.
