Call to Duty: Outagamie County in World War II
Furlough

Conrad went to Kaukauna on his first furlough. He and Gladys also took time to visit parts of California. Gladys traveled by train to visit her newly wedded husband. The Chicago Northwestern had given her a pass as a courtesy because her father, Louis Jirikowic, worked for the railway company.
